own content. Here contain refer to linking of any kind of text, audio, video, image, phone
number, URL’s, e-mails addresses any other content used for generating any code using the code
generation portal of the website www.flick2know.com.

You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of submitting and
publishing your Codes using the Service. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have
the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish Content you use to publish
your Codes.
For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights of the content you use to publish
your own codes . However, by submitting Content to generate codes from Flick2Know Technologies
(P) Limited, you hereby grant Flick2Know Technologies (P) Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare
derivative works of, display, and perform the Codes in connection with the Service and
Flick2Know Technologies (P) Limited's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including
without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative
works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each
user of the Service a non-exclusive license to access your Codes through the Service, and to
use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such Codes as permitted through the functionality
of the Service and under these Terms of Service. The above licenses granted by you for codes you
publish by using the Service terminate within a commercially reasonable time after you remove or
delete your account from the Service. You understand and agree, however, that Flick2Know
Technologies (P) Limited may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of the
codes that have been removed or deleted. The above licenses granted by you in user comments you
submit are perpetual and irrevocable.
You further agree that Content you use to generate the codes not contain third party
copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless
you have permission from the rightful owner of the material or you are otherwise legally entitled
to post the material and to grant Flick2Know Technologies (P) Limited all of the license rights
granted herein.
Flick2Know Technologies (P) Limited does not endorse any Codes generated or published using
any type of content (as mentioned above) for generating such codes by any user or other licensor,
or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Flick2Know Technologies (P) Limited
expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with such codes generated and the Content
used to generate that codes. Flick2Know Technologies (P) Limited does not permit copyright
infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Service, and
Flick2Know Technologies (P) Limited will remove all such codes if properly notified that such
Codes infringes on another's intellectual property rights. Flick2Know Technologies (P) Limited
reserves the right to remove Codes without prior notice.
Flick2Know Technologies (P) Limited is not for pornography or sexually explicit content. If
this describes your video, even if it's a video of yourself, don't use it to generate codes on
Flick2Know Technologies (P) Limited. Also, be advised that we work closely with law enforcement and
we report child exploitation.
Don't publish codes having content showing bad stuff like animal abuse, drug abuse, under-age
drinking and smoking, or bomb making.
Graphic or gratuitous violence is not allowed. If your code when scanned shows someone being
physically hurt, attacked, or humiliated, don't publish it.
Flick2Know Technologies (P) Limited. is not a shock site. Don't publish codes when scanned
gross-out content of accidents, dead bodies or similar things intended to shock or disgust.
Respect copyright. Only use content that you made or that you are authorized to use.
But we don't permit hate speech (speech which attacks or demeans a group based on
race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual
orientation/gender identity).
Things like predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, intimidation, invading
privacy, revealing other people’s personal information, and inciting others to commit violent
acts or to violate the Terms of Use are taken very seriously. Anyone caught doing these things
may be permanently banned from Flick2Know Technologies (P) Limited.
Everyone hates spam. Don’t create misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails in
order to increase views. It's not okay to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive
content, including comments and private messages.
